I restored my 150cc 2stroker that way:
Five-Port-Cylinder and Piston from the 150cc LML, slightly modified (opened exhaust port)
Bajaj Head
0,8mm gasket below the cylinder (diy from alloy panel)
Intake ports in the engine case modified to match the LML ports
ovalized intake at carburettor side
24 SI carb
modified merceur crank (longer intake, lipped)
PEP exhaust (i.e modified sito standard, made by a mate from gsf)
Results: 120 km/h according to repro speedo, so app. 110 km/h in reality
consumption: 3,5 l on 100 kms
seems to be full-throttle-proof (just did 700 kms)
Low-Buck-Hi-Output!!!
