I assume you're talking about the service manuals, etc. Here ya go:

http://www.bajajusa.com/Tech%20tips.htm

(Download both the Chetak's and the Legend's. The Legend's is more extensive, and most applies to the Chetak)

Eric, download the whole lot and burn to a CD. The two handiest are the 'Parts Catalog' which let's you see what you're getting into before you break out the wrenches, and the wiring diagram.

Here's what I burned to CD:

Resistor_Covers.pdf
Oil Change Procedure Chetak & Legend.pdf
Legend Service Manual.pdf
Legend CDI 28111072 Tech Note Test p1&2.pdf
Legend CDI 28111058 Tech Note Test p1&2.pdf
Chetak Spare Parts Catalog Rev Dec 2004.pdf
Chetak Service Manual.pdf
Chetak CDI CL111022 Tech Note Test p1&2.pdf
Chetak 2003 Owners Manual.pdf
Chetak - Legend engine - exploded.pdf
Chetak & Legend passive emissions control hookup schematic.pdf
Charging Falures & Battery Maintenence.pdf
Cam Timing Marks Alignment.pdf
24X36 Chetak wiring diagram B&W Nov 2002.pdf

Printed, bound in mobile format, organized, tabbed = dorky Shocked I'll bet that others here will admit to a high level of dorkyness.

I just wish I had bought the scoot before I left GE. Our big HP plotter would have easily provided full-sized copies of the 24"x36" electrical diagram for pinning to a wall. Hand cutting & pasting that thing together from 8 1/2"x 11" paper ... that might be considerd 'dorky'.

Did it meticulously myself...and even had to fold it just right too.

I got an old crappy laptop and duct taped a big ziplock bag that I cut in half over the keyboard and trackpad. It's got all my Vespa, Genuine, Stella, Bajaj, Yamaha, Kymco, etc. manuals. Plus, it has mp3s on it so I can listen to music while I wrinch.
