Southern New England checking in for a look around.
But having recently moved from the District of Columbia (not a state) I would like to note the lack of that option in your list of states. Did I mention DC is not a state? Not bitter about it at all, why do you ask?

Thanks! We former DC residents are a surly lot, but easily pleased in the end.

Wait is this where are you from or where are you? I am from CA but currently living in WA. I'm just noticing that no one has responded from CA, they must all be out riding.

Holy Cow! What is that on the back of that scooter (in your avatar). I'm getting my face as close as I can to my monitor, but I can't make it out.

That's my oh so stylish after market storage compartment. KNOwn on the streets as a milk crate . Only this is not just any milk crate. It's a bit bigger than the standard black "Parmalat" one I started with. Just big enough to fit my crate pactice amp my saw and garbage can lid and a big bottle of my beverage of choice. I should take some pix of my touring set up and send them along. But right now I have to get ready to go to a party.
cheers.

scooteron-
congrats on the purchase. I have an '06 Chetak and will be moving to Indy in 2 weeks. Near-west side (partly so my commute to the medical center campus would be doable).
Hope to meet you sometime soon...
Gabe

Deep in the heart of Texas here. Don't like the weather? Wait a minute...it'll get worse. Flash flood watch. Bring yer sunscreen and a raincoat. Get a gloved tan.

Woah, you're nearby! Mark and I are in Milwaukee and his parents are in Racine. We were just down there a couple times in the last week. Do you have a group you ride with? Want one???

I think there is a scooter club in Kenosha, Matador SC. They had a rally last yere and that's where Dave hit the "squirel" on the way down
